Fall into Fun

Fall is my favorite season of the year. I’ve lived near the mountains most of my life, and I’m happy to be raising kids in western Virginia where this time of year the area is full of fall festivities. As soon as October hits, our family heads to local farms to pick pumpkins, takes long drives through small towns to catch the colors of the leaves, and snaps up our puffy vests to spend more time outside.

The fall is the time of year where your senses come alive – you see the beautiful autumn colors all around you, you feel the chill in the air, you smell the fresh hay and you hear the leaves crinkle against the ground as they drop from the trees.

My son, like me, can’t get enough. He wants me to identify READ MORE.
