Drew's GF/CF/EF/SF Wheat Bread Knock Off

1 Cup Coconut Flour
1 Cup Sorghum Flour
1 Cup Black Bean Flour
1.5 TBSP Xantham Gum
3 TBSP Aluminum Free Baking Powder
2 TBSP Flax Meal
2 TBSP Sea Salt
2.5-3 Cups COLD Rice Milk
4 TBSP Safflower Oil

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Mix wet ingredients together before adding. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix in wet ingredients. Place ingredients into bread pan and use spatula to pack in tight. Put in oven quickly. Bake at 350F for 80-85 minutes. Time is base on using a ceramic bread pan. Allow to cool to room temperature before slicing.
Keep in fridge.

dabaxter,
Where do you get black bean flour? Could I use mashed black beans and take out some liquid, do you think? Like in some SCD recipes? I REALLY need to soak the beans.

Tell me about the texture of this bread. Sounds interesting; I have developed an allergy to rice and need to get it out of my recipes.

Bob's Red Mill makes it. You should be able to find it at the health food store or online.
