Hello momto6

Firstly, regular potato french fries are not supposed to be good. Use sweet potatoes instead (A LOT BETTER). Avoid Onions, Garlic, Dairy, bran, cheese, brussles sprouts, cabbage, egg yolk, most fish, lentils, peanuts, lamb, broccoli, legumes, dried beans, wheat germ, pasta, and cauliflower. Only fruit you should really avoid is pineapple... No caffeine, alcohol, or cola.

She should eat, rice, chicken, squash, zucchini, carrots, beats, coconut milk, almond milk, Oils (since oils dont contain sulfur), almonds (good snack), romaine lettuce (good salad with olive oil, a bit of lemon, carrots)... strawberries, apples, a lot of water, walnuts, honey... Im also learning as I go along...
You should also get pasturized egg whites sold in a carton. (Absolutely no smell or bad taste) You can add it to a healthy shake. Strawberries, blueberries, apples, some honey, almond milk, a few tablespoons of egg whites... This is a great healthy snack low in sulfur.

I found a great blog that has great recipies... Very tasty and fun!

Hi momto6

I'm just wondering about the sulphur issue
many many proteins are sulphur based, those that aren't seem to be phosphorous based like the caseins
getting rid of sulphur is going to be a tough call
what about helping the body detox it instead
the mineral "Molybdenum" is the body's sulphur detox thing
do you supplement with that
