Breakfast Quinao-fushion?

I was playing around with Quinao for breakfast, and created something wonderful! It got wolfed down!

1 cup rinsed Quinao
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
3 tablespoons local honey
I tsp Pandan Extract (southeast asian flavoring, mild and similar to vanilla)
1 cubed mango

Put the first 5 ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil, after 5 minutes, cover, turn to low and simmer 15 minutes until quinao is tender (it will start to curl)

Top with fresh mango.

Simple and based off of thai sticky rice with mango. You can also add coconut, toasted sesame seeds, or another tropical fruit you enjoy.
