Pretty tasty high protein raw cookies

1/2 cup pistachios
8 dates
2 tbs cashew butter
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Raw Organic Whey


Place pistachios & dates in the blender, pulse until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until a soft dough forms. Remove dough from blender and form into 1″ balls. Store in refrigerator.

I subbed sunflower nut butter for cashew and used 1/2 honey and 1/2 xylitol.
