Roasted Brussels Sprouts

SCD, GAPS, Finegold and Failsafe legal.
I don't like brussels sprouts, but I like these. Soak brussels sprouts in cold water for 1 hour. Remove and pat dry. Slice off stem ends and remove loose outer leaves. Cut in half. Put in a ziplock bag and drizzle with oil. Preheat oven to 400F. Remove and place flat side down on a baking sheet. Salt generously. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and shake sheet. Put back in oven for 10 more minutes. Remove and serve.
