I have actually never tried with the goat's milk. I don't know why; I began my 24-hour yogurt-making in earnest when I got our cow share and began using raw milk. I posted that we had issues with that. I don't know why, but there was some strain in the milk that caused me to get some pretty horrible gut issues going, so we stopped. I think the pasturized goat's milk would be a good idea, actually--maybe on the lines of what we have talked about here in the past, that the dead probiotic strains in the milk might do more good than anyone understands.

JeniB, I am only using one to two benfos each day--I almost always do one, and sometimes get the other in too. I had been using a B-100 in addition to this. I am interested in the thiamine causing die-off--really? My guy tested very high for arsenic. He was a good responder to the Allithiamine and glutathione combo. I am going to do that again--the allithiamine is OTC as is the glutathione cream, and I'm thinking I need to work on detoxing more than just the mercury in our case.

Please refresh my memory--what dose of the benfo are you doing? Thanks!!

Jeni- I think that's our issue. She tested high yellow range for arsenic Abd we haven't used ala yet. Maybe The benfo will have more effect once we get more arsenic out?
I think she has a thiamine issue bc she has arsenic and she was on rice protein for a year and gluten free. I'm doing 40 mg now and bumped b6 up to 50, r5p to 50, and p5p is about 15 mg. We also have 40 mg thiamine ( Thorne b complex). That's not counting her multivitamin that has some p5p etc....

We can't chelate every week because Tge yeast flares up if we do. It was bad this time. 5htp helped her sleep though! In 2 weeks we do our first ala round... Round 10.

I'll start doing 1 tsp keifer tonight when we are done with The round.

I just thought I would post this for everyone. Chris Kresser is a functional medical practitioner, and he is awesome. He talks about chronic sinusitis in his podcast, and the transcript is in his blog. His theory is that chronic sinusitis is a biofilm and he recommends using xlear.

Just came across this - maybe it explains some of the problems

Regarding the use of Xylitol - Be careful with oral Xylitol and start the dose very low, as it can cause considerable upset and painful bloating in the stomach and GI tract. Use binders, antimicrobials, and other essential items if you try it. (Topical Xylitol has been proven to be effective in preventing skin wound biofilm, especially in diabetic skin conditions.)

Generally interesting also - and worth some more research on some of the ideas.

I'm still going to trial xylitol but will build it up super slowly.

I concurr, very recently i came upon a scientific article that states that parasites actually reduce an enzyme called CHYMOTRIPSIN. Chymotripsin is the main ingredient of the autism drug called CM-AT that was on clinical trial from the company called CUREMARK.

Hi ,
Please reply to me any one who used Chymotripsin (CM-AT) for kids and had seen improvement .I heard there is a clinical trial going on right now. I really want to try that for my kid if it has had worked to some one.
really appreciate you help,
