Friends,

we have been trying alot to save our children. we know diet plays an important role in recovering. And we are 100 % sure that no bio-medical treatments will work without implementing a proper diet.

1. GFCF
2. SCD
3. GAPS
4. PALEO
5. Spectrum Balance protocol diet.
6. Anti Candida diet
7.Feingold diet
8. Keto (if any)

Which of the above showed significant improvement with your child.
How long did we followed it.

regards
Miracle

I tried 1,2,3,4 and 8. Regarding 6, there is no agreement about what anticandida diet means.

Working on feeding your child real food is a good place to start. Nothing packaged. We are not on any of those diets we are just
Gluten Free (MTHFR Genetic Mutation so can't have folic acid that is on all wheat products)
Casein Free (Allergic)
Soy Free (Just Bad)
Preservatives Free (Just Bad)
Sugar Free (Feeds bad things/he does eat fruit)
Dyes Free (Just Bad)

The amount of time I spend cooking is like having a part-time job, though I do cook everything in bulk to ease the work.

Anti candida diet is useful when you identified yeast issues/candida overgrowth

Every "candida diet" on the internet is different. My current diet is similar to the one you link to. You will see that I participate in their forum.

It is important to eat some good carbs such as quinoa, buckwheat, lentils or brown rice.

Jaumeb,
could you please comment on how long you tried SCD and whether it was the dairy free version and if you had any results? Also could you share what kind of autism and in how old a person if you don't mind?
Thanks!
