Hi

We have recently did a PET scan for our little one and found the below

" Mild HYPOMETABOILISM noted in the cerebellum bilaterally
No definite scan evidence of abnormal metabolism in the cerebrum"

Hope HBOT will help him. But we are skeptic about the yeast issues.

do you have any suggestions

HBOT definitely cause yeast flare up. We had 1st 40 hours hbot and didn't see any good or bad effect except yeast in the beginning. and we restart it again, I give my son vc and custom 11 probiotics before hbot, it seems better on yeast, but still didn't see any change on him. :( :( :(

Could I pls ask you how come you did the scan? What particular worries did you have? What's it that he wasn't progressing with biomed?
My second one is either progressing veeeeeerrrrrry slowly or progresses a bit and just regresses a lot so would be good to get your views

Thank you!

Hi Nikkie

PET SCAN brain helps to observe the functional perspective of brain along with physical structure. It is one of the advanced scans. And we also wanted to check if HBOT can really help our little one.

From PET , we could understand that my son has issues in gulcose metabolism issue in brain.
So an Low carb, more vegetable, good probiotics, moderate protein, good fat can help him alot.

further we are waiting for docor appointment, will keep you posted.

Hi Nikke

Our doctor concluded that HBOT is not required for my son as he doesn't have any significant functional issue with the Brain.
just a (one) very mild hypo metabolism of gulcose in brain. So he suggested to follow the diet strictly for 2 months mostly low carb+bio med
interventions. And based on improvements he may suggest if neurofeedback and rTMS due course.
