Selenium/Magnesium suggestions?

Postby bizymom » Tue Dec 27, 2005 12:06 am

I give both of my boys additional zinc, selenium & magnesium. We were using the e-lyte liquid minerals. My oldest has always had huge mouthing problems even after increasing his zinc significantly. I switched him to Solaray Optizinc and his mouthing has improved significantly.

So now I am considering trying a different selenium and magnesium also and was wondering what all of you use. Possibly the e-lyte brand isn't the proper choice for us - I'm not sure. I don't necessarily care if it's a capsule or liquid, just nothing with any flavorings. We use mostly hypoallergenic capsules whenever possible.

I can not give a testimonial on this because I have not used it yet but I just ordered it a few days ago because my son has to have it in liquid because he can not swallow capsules and is really sensitive to any and all preservatives: ... :70120-arg
