STUDY: Health & Wellbeing in Parents of Children with Autism

Postby dfernandes » Wed Jul 15, 2015 6:10 am

My name is Deanne Fernandes and I am a Provisional Psychologist, currently completing my Master of Clinical Psychology.

As part of my studies, I am conducting a research investigation into the effects of parenting a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and invite you to complete a brief online survey that will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. I am seeking PARENTS OF AT LEAST ONE CHILD AGED 4-12 YEARS WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF ASD.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary and all information collected will remain anonymous.

If you would like to participate PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW:

Thank you for your time!

You should have contemplated the use of a checkbox (for multiple selections) instead a radio button (one choice only) for this question.

What intervention services are currently accessed by your child? (If none, please leave this question blank.)

It would be common to have multiple interventions like ABA and OT.
