Green Detox Recipe

We all consume plenty of junk foods on a daily basis, while they are delicious to eat they often contain substances that are harmful to the human body in the long run. And so in order to reverse the effects of these junk foods and other toxic materials in the body, we need to detoxify our bodies. And it is incredibly easy to do so, here is a one of the best quick and simple fruit juice recipes that double up as a detoxifier. Here are the ingredients:

2 green apples, halved
4 stalks celery, leaves removed
6 leaves Kale
1 cucumber
½ lemon, peeled
1 piece fresh ginger, 1 inch in size.
Once acquired in the form mentioned, proceed to process the ingredients through a juicer and collect the juice in a glass. Your detoxifying fruit juice is ready, though it can be had at any time of the day, it is best had first thing in the morning when your system is free from anything new entering in it; not only will it cleanse it, it will actually boost your metabolism up as well.
